Visitors observed an ice climbing wall at Pandae Ice Park in Wonju, Gangwon Province, on Sunday, as a prolonged cold snap has resulted in icy conditions throughout the month.
Temperatures were anticipated to rise on Monday; however, a significant drop is expected again on Tuesday, with subzero temperatures likely to persist even during daylight hours for the remainder of the week.
