This new facility will provide various customer services, including AI-powered real-time translation services and informational bank kiosks. Moreover, in response to customer demand, Hana Bank has made the decision to open its 16 branches located in regions with significant foreign populations on Sundays. Hana Bank's CEO and the local representative collaborated to establish the Pyeongtaek Foreign Customer Center with the goal of improving financial service accessibility for non-Korean workers in South Gyeonggi Province. Services such as AI-driven real-time translation and informational bank kiosks will be made available at the new branch to accommodate the needs of foreign customers. Furthermore, Hana Bank has adjusted the operating hours of 16 of its branches situated in areas with a high concentration of foreign residents, extending their services to Sundays to better cater to the needs of their diverse customer base.
