The season resumes on July 16.</p><p class="editor-p">The Twins have led the standings since May 30 but are now challenged by the Lions, who have closed the gap to within one game following a four-game winning streak. The teams have split their season series so far, 4-4-0.</p><p class="editor-p">The Lions have been hot at the plate, averaging 8.9 runs per game and a .314 batting average over their last 10 games.</p><p class="editor-p">The Twins have relied more on bullpen depth recently due to injuries to their starting rotation.</p><p class="editor-p">Beyond the top two, the KT Wiz have slipped to third place at 45-35-1 and have won only three of their past 10 games, narrowing their lead over fourth place. They close the first half with three home games against the Kiwoom Heroes, who sit at the bottom of the standings.</p><p class="editor-p">The Kia Tigers, 1.5 games back of the Wiz for third, will face the Lotte Giants on the road in Busan in their final series before the break.
