The executive emphasized prioritizing quality and premium positioning, stating the company aims to lead in design, development, and industrialization of flagship models for the group, beyond mere volume.
A technology roadmap envisions a localized EV ecosystem in Korea, including battery production, and accelerated development of software-defined vehicles and AI-based systems.

르노 코리아의 최고경영자(Nicolas Paris) 는 서울에서 열린 기자회견에서 그룹이 앞서 발표한 'Future Ready' 이니셔티브의 한국 실행 계획을 발표하며 이러한 비전을 밝혔다.
이 전략에 따라 르노 코리아는 프랑스 자동차 그룹의 D 및 E 세그먼트 차량의 핵심 허브로 자리매김하고 2029년까지 매년 신모델을 선보일 예정이다.
또한 2028년부터 부산 공장에서 차세대 전기차를 생산하는 것을 목표로 한다.
“저희의 야망은 물량 그 이상이다. 품질과 프리미엄성을 선도하고, 그룹의 플래그십 모델을 설계·개발·생산하는 능력에서 선도하는 것을 목표로 한다.”라고 Paris가 말했다.
기술 로드맵의 일환으로 회사는 배터리 생산을 포함한 국내 현지 EV 생태계를 구축하고, 소프트웨어 정의 차량(SDV)과 인공지능(AI) 기반 시스템 개발을 가속화할 계획이다.
