SK Telecom will showcase its end-to-end AI capabilities at the MWC tech trade show in Barcelona, scheduled for March 2-5. The company highlights its AI data center operations, improvements in network and marketing AI, and notes its involvement in Korea’s largest AI data center project in Ulsan and a high-performance GPU cluster deployment.
The booth will feature AI Data Center Infrastructure Manager, a platform that unifies data from across data centers for real-time monitoring, along with GPU-as-a-service solutions such as the Petasus AI Cloud, AI Cloud Manager, and GAIA for real-time monitoring.
New offerings include the next-generation AI Inference Factory, a stack that combines hardware, computing infrastructure, and software optimized for inference-centric AI workloads.
Company officials say MWC 2026 will demonstrate how AI infrastructure, models, and services are translated into real-world applications within telecommunications, aiming to advance the company’s role in the global AI ecosystem through full-stack capabilities.
In the network sector, the company outlines a vision for AI-native telecom infrastructure, including AI agents in network operations and AI-enabled RAN base stations to deliver connectivity and AI services together, along with on-device AI-driven antenna tuning and sensing and communication technology that uses radio signals to read the environment, signaling early developments toward autonomous networks and 6G.
The booth will also feature a 519-billion-parameter large language model, A.X K1, which recently progressed to the second round of a government-led AI foundation model project, in addition to a range of open-source models.
Applications for physical AI will be showcased, such as a digital twin platform for AI-based planning and decision-making, and a robot training platform that links virtual and physical environments to help systems learn sensorimotor skills.

SK 텔레콤은 디지털 트윈 플랫폼과 같은 물리적 AI 응용 사례를 선보여 실제 환경을 모사하고 AI 기반 계획과 의사결정을 지원하며, 가상과 물리 환경을 연결하는 로봇 학습 플랫폼을 통해 센서-운동기술을 학습하는 시스템도 소개할 예정입니다.
