American R&B duo Emotional Oranges have refuted rumors of a collaboration with Danielle from the K-pop group NewJeans, stating that a recent social media post was misinterpreted.
Azad Right from Emotional Oranges addressed the situation on their official social media account, clarifying, “Guys, there's no Dani collab, I was just helping produce a song for Livvie!! Sorry if we caused any confusion, but that genuinely wasn't the intention.” Livvie refers to Olivia Marsh, who is Danielle’s older sister.
The speculation began after Right shared a photo of Danielle in a recording studio, accompanied by a caption stating, “it's coming,” which led fans to believe there was an upcoming project involving Danielle and the American duo.
However, it is important to note that Danielle is currently restricted from engaging in independent activities due to a recent court ruling in the ongoing dispute between NewJeans and their agency, Ador.
