<p>The union reported that 95 percent of participating members voted in favor of the one-day strike, and employees will use their annual leave to participate rather than hold public rallies. <p>Additional talks remain possible before Friday, but if no last-minute agreement is reached, the strike would mark the first at a Korean internet-only lender since the sector launched in 2017. While neither side disclosed negotiation details, the union has indicated it is seeking higher compensation and improved terms.</p>
