Revenue for the April-June period totaled 171.5 trillion won, up 130 percent year-on-year. Both metrics set new quarterly records, surpassing prior highs of 57.2 trillion won in operating profit and 133.9 trillion won in revenue.</p>
<p>The Device Solutions Division, which focuses on chip manufacturing, generated 127.5 trillion won in sales and contributed 89.2 trillion won to operating profit.</p>
<p>By contrast, the Device Experience Division, responsible for device manufacturing, reported an operating loss of 800 billion won on revenue of 49 trillion won, marking a swing to loss for the division.</p>
