<p>In related legal action, a court sentenced the justice minister to 25 years in prison for his role in the martial law bid, including directing the former official to send prosecutors to the martial law entity.</p>
<p>The former official is also suspected of abusing power by ordering subordinates not to indict a high-ranking spouse of the former president over corruption allegations during the administration.</p>

서울중앙지법은 월요일 박 장관의 계엄 시도와 관련한 그의 역할에 대해 징역 25년형을 선고했고, 계엄 기관에 검사 파견 명령을 내린 것도 포함된다.
심은 또한 재임期间 그의 하급자들에게 윤 전 대통령의 부인 김건희에 대한 각종 부패 의혹에 대해 기소하지 말도록 지시하는 등 권한 남용 혐의도 받고 있다.
