<p>The agency behind a globally popular K-pop group issued a formal apology after the first night of the group's world tour in Busan was delayed by more than an hour. The apology was communicated through the fandom platform on Saturday.</p>
<p>The organization said it deeply apologizes to all attendees for the inconvenience caused by the delayed start of the Arirang world tour performance, according to its notice.</p>
<p>The notice also stated that the agency would strengthen on-site operations to prevent recurrence during the second concert in Busan later the same day.</p>
<p>BTS began its world tour, titled Arirang, in Busan on Friday.</p>
<p>The concert had been scheduled to start at 7 p.m. but was delayed about 75 minutes to 8:15 p.m. due to delays in the entry process for tens of thousands of fans.</p>

또한 공사는 재발 방지를 위해 현장 운영 전반을 강화하겠다고 약속했으며, 같은 날 부산에서 열리는 두 번째 공연에서도 원활한 운영을 보장하겠다고 밝혔다.

콘서트는 원래 오후 7시에 시작될 예정이었으나 수만 명의 관람객 입장 절차가 지연되면서 약 75분 늦춘 8시 15분에 시작됐다.
