노동부 장관 김영훈은 토요일 삼성전자 경영진과 별도로 만나 노조와의 대화를 촉구했다. 정부는 앞서 노조 측의 입장을 경영진에 전달했다고 밝혔다.
기업은 현 초과 이익 인센티브 제도를 유지하되 보너스 풀의 산정은 영업이익의 10% 또는 EVA로 할 수 있도록 하는 방안을 제시했다. 또한 더 유연한 인센티브 구조를 만들기 위한 특별 보상 체계 도입도 제안했다.
반면 노조는 반도체 부문에서 창출된 영업이익의 15%에 해당하는 고정 성과 보너스 지급과 지급 상한선 제거를 요구하고 있다.
