Kim played the full match at center back, celebrating what is his third major European league title overall, following Napoli’s 2023 Serie A championship.
Bayern remain in contention for a treble, having reached the semifinals of both the DFB-Pokal and the UEFA Champions League.
Kim has joined Park Ji-sung as the only South Koreans with at least three league titles in the Big Five European leagues—Park won four Premier League championships with Manchester United in 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2011.
