Actor Yun Chae-kyung, formerly of the girl group APRIL, is facing dating rumors involving former national badminton player Lee Yong-dae. The speculation has attracted attention due to their 8-year age gap and Lee's status as a single father following his divorce.
PA Entertainment, Yun's agency, stated on Wednesday that it is “difficult to confirm” the reports, highlighting the actor's private life.
Media outlets had reported earlier that Yun and Lee have been dating for approximately one year, introducing each other as partners to close friends while maintaining a serious relationship despite the age difference.
The rumors have garnered public interest as they involve a prominent sports figure and a former idol.
