Jisoo of K-pop girl group BLACKPINK returned Friday with a new solo single featuring British pop star Zayn.
"Eyes Closed" was released on major music streaming platforms in and outside South Korea at the start of the day, according to her agency, Blissoo.
This release marks the artist's first new work in eight months since her solo album "Amortage" was released in February.
Zayn, a former member of the British boy band One Direction, is featured on the new single.
Blissoo described the song as offering "a new experience," blending Jisoo's distinctive vocals with Zayn's smoky, textured voice.

“Eyes Closed”는 그녀의 소속사 블리수(Blissoo)에 따르면 한국 및 해외 주요 음악 스트리밍 플랫폼에서 하루가 시작되자마자 공개됐다.
이번 앨범은 그녀의 솔로 앨범 “Amortage”가 2월에 발매된 이후 8개월 만의 새로운 발매이다.
제인은 영국 보이밴드 원디렉션(One Direction)의 전 멤버로, 이번 신곡에 참여했다.
블리수는 이 곡을 지수의 독특한 보컬과 제인의 부드럽고 텍스쳐가 있는 목소리를 혼합하여 "새로운 경험"을 제공한다고 설명했다.
