Under Seol's management, the Heroes have achieved a record of 20 wins, 27 losses, and 1 tie, placing them eighth in the league since the midseason break. They have also recorded the third-highest winning percentage in September with 7 wins and 5 losses, playing a significant role in competing against teams striving for postseason qualifications.
Since August, the Heroes have displayed the highest batting average with runners in scoring position at .299, an improvement from ranking last in that category at .240 until the end of July. This success has occurred despite the absence of foreign hitter Ruben Cardenas, who was ruled out for the season in September due to a broken finger.
