The South Korean baseball club NC Dinos will return to Changwon NC Park for home games starting next Friday, with a matchup against the Hanwha Eagles. This decision follows a temporary relocation due to safety concerns after a deadly accident at the stadium in March.
The Dinos announced on Friday, "We have decided to host the home game against Hanwha at Changwon NC Park on May 30." Initially, the team had agreed with the city of Ulsan to use Ulsan Munsu Baseball Stadium until the end of June; however, they opted to return home after considering the local economy, KBO League fans, and team operations.
The Dinos have been unable to use their home stadium in Changwon, located approximately 300 kilometers southeast of Seoul, since a tragic incident in late March, where a piece of aluminum structure fell and resulted in a fan's death. This incident led to ongoing safety inspections at the stadium.
On May 8, the club designated Ulsan Munsu Baseball Stadium as their temporary home, beginning to host games there on May 17 against the Kiwoom Heroes.
The club reiterated its condolences to the individual who lost their life in the incident.

다이노스는 서울에서 약 300킬로미터 떨어진 창원에 위치한 홈 구장에서 3월 말 발생한 사고 이후 경기를 진행하지 못했다. 해당 사고에서는 알루미늄 구조물이 붕괴되어 한 팬이 사망했다. 이로 인해 구장에서 지속적인 안전 점검이 실시됐다.
클럽 측은 5월 8일 울산 문수야구장을 임시 홈구장으로 지정하고 5월 17일 Kiwoom Heroes와의 경기를 시작으로 경기를 재개했다.
