The Democratic Party of Korea (DPK) presidential candidate Lee Jae-myung is maintaining a significant lead among contenders for the upcoming June 3 election, according to a recent survey.
The Realmeter survey, which included responses from 1,009 adults conducted from Thursday to Friday, revealed that Lee received 46.6 percent of the support, a decrease of 1.5 percentage points from the previous poll. His main rival, Kim Moon-soo from the People Power Party (PPP), also saw a decline, with support dropping by 1 percentage point to 37.6 percent.
Lee Jun-seok of the minor New Reform Party ranked third in the poll, gaining 1 percentage point for a total of 10.4 percent support.
In a hypothetical two-way contest, Lee Jae-myung would lead with 51.1 percent against Kim Moon-soo, who would receive 43.9 percent. In another scenario against Lee Jun-seok, Lee Jae-myung is projected to have 48.9 percent compared to 37 percent for the Reform Party candidate.
It is important to note that the margin of error for the survey is 3.1 percentage points at the 95 percent confidence level.

리얼미터가 실시한 이번 조사에서는 1,009명의 성인을 대상으로 목요일부터 금요일까지 설문이 진행되었으며, 이재명의 지지율은 46.6%로 이전 조사보다 1.5% 하락했다.
이재명과 경쟁 중인 국민의힘 김문수 후보의 지지율도 1% 하락하여 37.6%를 기록했으며, 소수정당인 뉴개혁당의 이준석 후보는 1% 상승한 10.4%로 3위를 차지했다.
가상 두 후보 대결에서는 더불어민주당의 이재명이 51.1%를 얻은 반면, 김문수는 43.9%를 기록했다.
이준석과의 유사한 대결 시나리오에서는 이재명의 지지율이 48.9%였고, 개혁당 후보의 지지율은 37%였다.
이번 조사에서 오차 범위는 3.1%포인트이며, 신뢰 수준은 95%다.
